This picture postcard, cosy thatched 17th century cottage, is in the very heart of Thurlestone located on the high street and has been completely renovated, retaining its old world charm, but with every modern comfort. With the beach just 15 minutes walk, the pub and shop conveniently close, The Nook is an absolutely delightful cottage with its attractive furniture and furnishings, cosy but bright atmosphere and the advantage of a private garden. Please note: This property will accept a small to medium size dog, up to the size of a cocker spaniel.

Step up and doorway to fitted kitchen with electric hob, built-in electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and built in fridge with freezer compartment. Separate large fridge freezer. Extending from the kitchen the dining area, with table to seat 6, faces large French doors that overlook the garden and open to a paved terrace. Downstairs cloakroom with WC.Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe. Ashower roomis adjacent to this room with large walk in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6 inch double bed. Bedroom 3 with 3ft Bunk beds. Adjacentbathroom with small bathand shower over, basin and WC.
